If you order by 2pm AEST Mon-Fri we’ll try our best to dispatch it on the same day from our warehouse in.

How will I track it

Australia Post will email you a link and your tracking number once the order has been shipped. 

Made a mistake?

If you made a mistake with your order, email  xxx ASAP and we’ll try to fix it before the order has been processed. 

Returns

Just like in life, we want you to be happy. If the ST.SAJ product you ordered just doesn’t feel right - that’s cool! Read on to find out we can help.

Unopened purchases:

You can return your unopened purchases from ST.SAJ for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Email  xxx to get the ball rolling.

Faulty/damaged product:

If your product is faulty or damaged, please email some pics and a description of the issue to xxx.

Allergic reaction:

If you believe you’ve had an allergic reaction to a ST.SAJ product, please email xxx straight away. Stop using the product for now, but don’t throw it away. If you’ve used less than 20% off the product we can discuss a refund after assessing images of your reaction.

Sale items

Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund on items that were purchased on sale. Same goes for free gifts and samples (unless they’re deemed faulty).

You’ll have to contact the stockist directly and find out their returns policy.
