First…congrats on asking the question. Educating our kids about skincare has never been more important. There’s a lot of noise out there so we’ll keep it simple.
Tweens (9-12):
If your tween hasn’t started showing signs of puberty yet, hasn’t got an oily T-zone and still hasn’t got their period then they don’t need ST.SAJ just yet. But once that puberty train rolls into town, come back and find us. We’ll be here for you!
Teens (13 onwards)
If your teen has started to show signs of puberty including pimples, breakouts or an oily T-zone, or they’ve got their period, then they can start using our gentle cleansers. Start slow, and use every second or third day. If your teen is dealing with breakouts we recommend patch testing NIAGLOW CLARITY BOOST before using twice a week in the T-zone. If they haven’t got breakouts (yet!), our PEPTIDE POWER ESSENCE and HYALURONIC SMOOTHING COMPLEX are a great start their skincare journey. The most important bit? Remind them of the importance of locking it all in place with a moisturiser.

Yes, Chemist Warehouse does ship worldwide, but please note that some items may not make it past customs in certain countries. They can’t ship to Germany or the Netherlands due to customs issues. Shipping fees and delivery times vary, so check with Australia Post International for details on your specific location.

After Chemist Warehouse dispatches your order, they’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your ST.SAJ goodies on their journey. Just click the link in your email to keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.

If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, check your order status online or visit the delivery partner’s website for updates. If you’re still having issues, reach out to the Chemist Warehouse Customer Service team, and they’ll help sort it out.

For Australian orders, here’s the lowdown: Regular Post takes about 5 business days, Express Post is faster at 2 business days, and if you need it ASAP, Fast Delivery can get it to you the same day when you order by 3pm.
Returns & Refunds

If you have changed your mind about your order, Chemist Warehouse will offer you an exchange or refund if it meets all the requirements of their Returns Policy.

Where an item is eligible for a refund, Chemist Warehouse will refund the price of the item via your original payment method. Shipping costs for the order and return cannot be refunded.
