ST.SAJ Black Friday VIP Giveaway & $15 Voucher - Terms and Conditions

Promoter
The promoter is ST.SAJ PTY LTD, ABN 57 669 587 008, of Level 9/550 Bourke St, Melbourne VIC 3000 (“ST.SAJ”). Questions about this promotion can be sent to hello@stsaj.com. 

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and directors of ST.SAJ, anyone involved in administering or promoting the giveaway, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Both new and existing email subscribers may enter by completing the designated ST.SAJ Black Friday VIP signup form during the promotional period. 

Promotional period
The promotion opens on17th October 2026 AEDT and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026. All times stated in these terms are Melbourne local time.

How to enter
To enter, submit your valid email address through the ST.SAJ Black Friday VIP signup form during the promotional period. Successfully completing the form provides one entry into the giveaway.

Entry is free, and no purchase is required. There is a limit of one entry per person. Duplicate registrations or registrations using multiple email addresses do not provide additional entries. Existing ST.SAJ subscribers must complete the designated signup form to enter; an existing subscription alone does not constitute entry.

The $500 cash prize and draw
There is one prize of $500 AUD cash. The total giveaway prize pool is $500 AUD.

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries at 2:00pm AEDT on 1 December 2026, at Level 9/550 Bourke St, Melbourne VIC 3000. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning. Entrants do not need to attend the draw. Purchasing products or redeeming the $15 voucher does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Winner notification and announcement
The winner will be contacted using their entry email address by 3 December 2026. The result will be announced on the ST.SAJ Black Friday landing page by 5 December 2026 and remain available for at least 28 days.

The announcement will identify the winner by first initial, surname and state or territory, or by their winning entry reference if their identity has not yet been confirmed. Email addresses and banking details will not be published. 

Claiming the prize
ST.SAJ may request information reasonably necessary to verify the winner’s identity, age and Australian residency. The prize will be paid by bank transfer to the verified winner’s nominated Australian bank account.

ST.SAJ will arrange payment within 28 days of the draw, subject to receiving the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and process payment. No payment or purchase is required to claim the prize. 

Unclaimed prize
ST.SAJ will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the prize remains unclaimed at 5:00pm AEDT on 1 March 2027, a redraw will take place at 2:00pm AEDT on 2 March 2027, at the original draw address, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval or directions.

Any redraw winner will be contacted within two business days, and the result will be announced on the ST.SAJ Black Friday landing page by 5 March 2027, remaining available for at least 28 days. The same eligibility, verification and payment conditions apply. Where applicable law requires a different unclaimed-prize process, that process will apply.

Your $15 signup voucher
Each eligible person who successfully completes the Black Friday VIP signup form during the promotional period will receive one $15 AUD promotional voucher by email.

The voucher is valid on any purchase on the ST.SAJ website, with no minimum spend. It can be used once, on one order, and expires 24 hours after successful signup. The expiry will be stated in the voucher email, and the code must be applied at checkout before that expiry.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused value is forfeited and cannot be carried forward to another order. There is a limit of one voucher per person; repeat registrations do not generate additional vouchers.

The voucher is a separate signup benefit, not a prize awarded by chance. Receiving or redeeming it does not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning the $500 cash prize.

VIP emails and privacy
By submitting the signup form, you request ST.SAJ’s Black Friday VIP campaign emails, including exclusive offers and access information for November 2026. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise valid giveaway entry or an unexpired voucher. 

Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, deliver the requested emails, contact and verify the winner, fulfil the prize and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Information will be handled in accordance with the ST.SAJ Privacy Policy available on the ST.SAJ website.

General conditions
ST.SAJ may reject entries that are duplicate, fraudulent, submitted using automated systems or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.

Any amendment, cancellation, redraw or alternative arrangement will occur only as permitted by applicable law and with any required regulatory approval. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
