Refund policy
We want you to love our products as much as you love your skin (in other words…heaps!). Please read on to find out how we can help with returns and refunds.
Change of mind returns
If you have changed your mind about your order, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

The items are returned within 7 days of delivery

You can show your original receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the items;

The products have not been used or damaged in any way, including that:

o They’re in their original packaging and/or
-
o They are unopened, unused and in their original saleable condition;
If your item is deemed eligible for a refund, we’ll refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Shipping costs for the order and return will not be refunded.
Online orders must be returned by mail only. Return delivery address details will be shared as your return is processed.
Any items returned that don’t comply with our change of mind returns policy are unable to be refunded.
Other returns
We will accept returns and provide you with a refund, exchange or repair if your product is:

faulty or not of acceptable quality

significantly different to what was shown or described to you

not fit for its intended purpose

unsafe.
Where an item is eligible for a refund of this kind, we will refund the price of the item as well as any associated shipping costs to your original payment method.
Chemist Warehouse returns
If you have purchased online from Chemist Warehouse, please visit the Chemist Warehouse website to view their returns policy, which is in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Gift with purchase
If you have requested a refund for a purchase that came with a free gift, you will be required to return this gift along with the purchased product(s). The gift must be unused. If it has been used, you will be required to pay for the cost of the gift or alternatively we can deduct the amount of the gift from your total refund amount.
Discount code policy
Please ensure your discount code is applied at checkout before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply discount codes to orders once they have been placed. If you have any questions or need assistance before purchasing, please Contact Us.
Allergic reactions
If you believe you’ve had an allergic reaction to a ST.SAJ product, please email glow@stsaj.com straight away. Stop using the product for now, but don’t throw it away. If you’ve used less than 20% off the product we can discuss a refund after our team assesses the images of your reaction.
