Shipping policy

Australian orders

 

Packing and dispatch:

We pack orders every day Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy sale periods (think Black Friday and Boxing Day sales) there might be delays in shipping through our delivery partner, Australia Post. If you've placed an order on Friday evening or over the weekend it will be packed the following business day. If you've made your order on the Chemist Warehouse website, your order will be sent out according to their delivery timeframes.

 

Shipping cost:

We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

Timeframe:

Australia Post is our shipping partner, so we cannot guarantee firm delivery dates and times. Below is an indication of the usual delivery times, depending on the method you select at checkout:

  • Regular Post - estimated 2-4 business days once dispatched

  • Express Post - estimated 1-3 business days once dispatched

 

Order status:

After we've dispatched your order, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your ST.SAJ goodies on their journey. Just click the link in your email to keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.

 

Return shipping on refunds:

Where an item is eligible for a refund, we'll refund the price of the item to your original payment method. However, shipping costs for the order and return will not be refunded.


International shipping:

For international orders, shipping fees and delivery times vary, so check with Australia Post International for details on your specific location.
