Official Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is ST.SAJ Pty Ltd (“ST.SAJ”), ABN 57 669 587 008, located at Level 9, 550 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Australia at the time of entry. To be eligible to claim a Prize, entrants must have made a qualifying purchase on stsaj.com during the Promotion Period.

Employees and shareholders of ST.SAJ ("Promoter"), and their sister companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, immediate families (parent, child, sibling, spouse and de facto partners) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible.

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Promotional Period

The Win Back Your Order Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins at 12:01 AM AEDT on November 20, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on November 20, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Five (5) full order refunds will be drawn on Friday, November 21, 2025.

4. How to Enter

To enter, an entrant must make a purchase of any value at stsaj.com during the Promotion Period and complete all checkout details as instructed on the website.

5. Prize Details

Each winner will receive a full refund of their qualifying order value, up to a maximum of $499.99 AUD (“Prize”).

• The Prize will be awarded as a refund to the original payment method.

• Orders exceeding $499.99 AUD will be refunded up to the capped amount only.

• Orders below $499.99 AUD will be refunded in full.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Five (5) winners will be selected at random using a random prize generator using eligible customer email addresses. All customer data will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

Winners will be drawn on or about November 21, 2025, and notified via email within three (3) business days. Winners must respond within three (3) days of notification or the Prize will be forfeited.

A Prize Declaration may be required to confirm eligibility. Winners’ first name and state may be published on stsaj.com. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Conditions

Conditions of Acceptance:
Prizes will be awarded upon verification and approval by the Promoter. No substitutions except by the Promoter, who may replace a Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Promotion Conditions:
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time without notice. Proof of identity or email account ownership may be required. Disputes will render an entry ineligible if unresolved.

8. Conduct

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, acting disruptively, or violating these rules. Attempts to undermine the Promotion may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:
(a) lost, late, or misdirected entries;
(b) errors in data transmission;
(c) unauthorised access or alteration of entries;
(d) technical failures of any kind;
(e) website or internet unavailability;
(f) injury or damage resulting from participation.

If the Promotion cannot run as planned—due to infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or other causes—the Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion and award prizes from eligible non-suspect entries received up to that point.

10. Releases

By entering, participants release and indemnify the Promoter against all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation, Prize use, or any error in these Terms & Conditions.

11. Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for administering the Promotion unless the participant opts in to receive marketing materials. By entering, participants agree to ST.SAJ’s Privacy Policy, available at stsaj.com. If any inconsistency arises, these Official Rules prevail.

12. Promoter’s Rights

The Promoter may modify these rules at any time. The Promoter may also rescind, cancel, or suspend the Promotion if it becomes compromised, including due to technical or human errors affecting integrity or fairness.
